Five years ago I bought second hand Acura, friend of mine recommended me nearby repair shop Tony´s Auto. They check my Honda at regular intervals at reasonable price. Thanks to Scott and his professional team!

My first experience was when my tail light went out on my way to work. I pulled in to Tony’s. I had never been there before. They welcomed me, took a look at it, said they could fix it, took me to work and it was ready be the end of the day at a reasonable price. Now I am officially a customer and just returned for my oil service.

Only giving this place one star so I could give you all the review. If you’re looking for that bad review to sway your opinion away from coming here this is it. Long story short. They will dramatically over price you on nearly every aspect of their “service”. Took my car in just a few months ago and they found a loose valve. $800. Loose valve. 600 dollar labor costs. Car this week was smoking from the engine and not running right with a service engine light newly lit. $200 dollars for the inspection. Just the inspection. I decided not to have anything done and will never take my car back after they states a 2.5K fix for a coolant leak. I advise going elsewhere.

This place is great, it's been a few years since I've gone as I got a new car and haven't had to get service. What brings me to do a review finally is just because i couldn't remember the address.(and I realized I never reviewed them!) I've been to many mechanics before these guys and I appreciate how these guys give communication and honesty more than anyone else.

I recently was in Phoenix for a quick visit and my car had low tire pressure, so I stopped through here to fill my tires before heading back for the long drive to LA. I didn't have an appointment, but figured I would ask if they had any availability to also do an oil change, since I knew I'd be needing one soon. I normally dread going to any kind of automotive repair shop because I fully expect them to try to rip me off any way that I can, but I could not have had a better experience. I explained what I needed to Scott and he made sure to have someone fill my tires immediately and even though they didn't have time to change my oil in that moment, he made sure to have them check to see how my levels were doing before I left. While I was waiting for them to put air in the tires, he struck up friendly conversation, gave me tips about not having too much weight on my key chain (and gave me a free carabiner), and had me try some of his pickled garlic cloves when we started talking about food. He had absolutely no incentive to be this kind to me, knowing I didn't live in the area - it was purely just his generosity and authentic kindness. I WISH this place was in Los Angeles! I'm seriously considering driving to Phoenix every time I need something for my car since it was such a notably great experience. The office has a ton of awards hanging up and they are well deserved! Great staff and great service! Amazing shop. Cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you for your kindness - I will remember this experience for a very long time.

After moving here from Detroit, I had a difficult time in finding the professional level of automobile service for which I was accustomed - Until I found Tony's. It was providence that brought me to their corner - and the good reviews.

It goes without saying that auto repair shops have received a bad reputation based upon shady mechanics that give inflated and/or fake diagnosis. They basically prey on the customer due to the customer's a lack of and/or limited mechanical knowledge. NOT SO at Tony’s!! I did some real due diligence before I brought my vehicle to Scott and when I met him it was a wrap because I felt I was in good hands AND I WAS. Scott is a straight shooter. You will get the truth weather good or bad. The good folks at Tony’s are more interested in growing customers because they realize that when the customer base grows the dollars grow. Tony’s is def my go to auto and Scott is my go to guy when I have auto issues or questions. THANKS TO THE GOOD GUYS AT TONY’S AND THEIR LEADER SCOTT! !

I highly recommend Tony's Auto Service Center - a family-owned business right in the neighborhood that I trust completely with the maintenance and repairs for my older van. You can make an appointment for routine stuff or come in with an unexpected problem, and they're always ready to help you get back on the road!

I just moved to Phx and needed a place to get my car serviced. My roommate suggested this place and said it was a great place to go! It’s hard to find a place that you can trust to bring your car. It was super easy, service and price were great! I would recommend this place!I love supporting small businesses in our community too!

Tony's is my go-to auto mechanic. My 2007 Prius was having problems but Scott and Sean did a great job getting me back on the road. This company is always professional, honest and knows how to fix vehicles. Highly recommend them!
