Horrible manager attitude. Asked for assistance to check on car battery. Told me he doesn't have the time nor would he be able to until Monday. Asked for a jump and told the same. Don't give attitude towards potential customers because your comfortable in the a/c. Our car was dead in 110 weather. We are from OK. Mechanic pointed us to another car place. Manager 0/10. Mechanic 10/10. We did get our car fixed. Paid in full same day service. I recommend going to the NAPA Auto Care just further down the road.

We offered to look at your vehicle the following day, as we were too busy performing repairs on vehicles that had appointments at the time. Then sent a technician out to give your vehicle a jump start, which it did not need as it was already running. Glad you were able to find a shop slow enough to help you during the busiest part of the year in Arizona. Wish you all the best getting back to Oklahoma swiftly.

Went in for an oil change on my Range Rover. They did a good job, they found a few other things I could get done but I didn’t want to at that time. They were not pushy, which was great. I will go back for my next service.

These guys are great.They found what was wrong with my truck and more.But only fixed what I could afford. Then told me to come back once.I had the money for the rest I went to 2 mechanics beforehand, and they just tried to empty my pockets. These guys just did what they could to get me back on the road.. Absolutely wonderful

They’re unprofessional they act like little kids.

I was there today asking for prices and the guy at the office was very rude. It’s not my fault that he don’t like his job and is having a bad day. Terrible costumer service.

When the customer came in he asked how much it was to fix his air conditioner. We told him it was $89.95 for the evaluation and we can let him know what was wrong with it. He requested a quote for repairs that we have no idea what was wrong with it. He kept asking for a quote and we told him that we could not give him one. He asked again and we told him No! We are not giving a blind quote for repairs. He left upset and is now taking out his frustrations on us. What a upstanding citizen. He did not like being told no.
